The Project will include complete demolition, hazardous material abatement and any site remediation of the existing building 624, approximately 7,400 SF. The Project will then provide a new Building 624 in the same location, for warehouse, ground service equipment (GSE), maintenance, office, and client service spaces necessary to relocate Airport Commission leasing tenants, such as third party airline service providers. This is a LEED Gold Project.

The following Scopes of Work are included in this project; abatement, excavation, soils disposal, demolition and off haul, earthwork, fences & gates, irrigation, site utilities, concrete, prefabricated metal building, structural steel, misc. metals, metal stud framing, cabinets & casework, insulation, flashing & sheet metal, roofing, fire stopping, joint sealants, paving, doors, frames & hardware, glass & glazing, gypsum, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting and coatings, tile, toilet & bath accessories, FEC, security system, fire protection system, hydraulic elevators, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications, temporary trailers, mobile generators.

The estimated cost of this work is $6 - $7 million.
