The Work to be done under this Contract is located at 720 Moscow Street, San Francisco (Fire Station 43). The Scope of Work includes removal and replacement of roofing, mechanical equipment, skylights, plumbing and associated works.

Engineer's Estimate is $367,000.

Bids are due no later than June 23, 2016, at 2:30 PM. DIR registration is required by the Owner. This is a Prevailing Wage project requiring weekly certified payroll reports.
