Scope: Demolition of an existing fire station and replacement with a new 21,155 SF, Steel and concrete framed three story fire station and development of an outdoor parking area to support SFFD operations and emergency response functions. Project is required to meet USGBC LEED Gold certification and the City’s green building design principles.

Engineer's Estimate is $15,000,000.

Thompson Builders Corporation, an Equal Opportunity Employer, as a "General Contractor" is requesting RFQ's from all ALL Subcontractors, Suppliers and Truckers and qualified and certified LBE Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Truckers for the following trades: Hazardous Materials Abatement; Building Demolition; Earthwork & Site Demolition; Concrete; Rebar; Structural Steel & Stairs; Metal Decking; Piles; Elevator; Fuel Systems; Mechanical; Plumbing; Fire Sprinklers; Electrical for the project known as: FIRE STATION NO. 5 (Project #7440A) located at 1301 Turk St., San Francisco, CA 94115. RFQ's are due no later than July 11, 2016, at 2 PM.
