Project Overview:
This bid package of work at the San Francisco International Airport includes design, furnish and install of a complete Solar PV system for the new Fire House No. 3.

Scope of work Description:
The project consists of a 2-story house and single story apparatus bay located on the eastern end of the site. The Firehouse is required to meet the Airports goals including but not limited to LEED v4 Gold, expanded SFO sustainabilty requirements, Fine Arts Commission Approvals, PUC Commissioning requirements, REACH Goals, SFO TI standards, SFO system standards, Essential Services Act, project phasing, NFPA 1581 and SF ESER equivalent for fire station design standards.

Cost:
The estimated cost for the overall project is $30 million.
