The Project is generally described as follows for each area:

A. 555 Franklin Administrative Building, Enrollment Center
1) Demolition of existing flooring, interior partitions, suspended ceiling tiles
and casework;
2) Provision of new carpet flooring, new suspended ceiling tiles, new doors
and frames;
3) Provision of metal stud partitions and gypsum board systems;
4) Interior painting;
5) Modifications and upgrades to electrical power, lighting, data, and fire
alarm systems;
6) Modifications of HVAC system;
7) Provision and setting-up of new office furniture and cubicle systems.

B. 601 McAllister Building
1) HVAC system repair including duct cleaning and air balancing.

The Estimated Construction Value is $550,000.

Zolman Construction & Development, Inc., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE, LBE, DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE firms for the project known as: EXPANSION OF ENROLLMENT CENTER AT 555 FRANKLIN AND HVAC SYSTEM REPAIR AT 601 MCALLISTER (Project #'s 11828 & 11801) located at 555 Franklin Street & 601 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.

BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN August 16, 2016, at 2 PM. Zolman Construction & Development, Inc. is signatory to the Carpenters & Laborers Union.
