The general limits of Work are on 19th Avenue (State Route 1) from north end of Winston Drive Platform to Eucalyptus Drive. The Work generally consists of the following, but not limited to:

1. Replace Trackwork using open tie and ballast, paved tie and ballast, and direct fixation systems.
2. Provide 2 new trolley poles and foundations. Remove, salvage or dispose of existing concrete trolley poles and foundations.
3. Replace existing Overhead Contact System (OCS) including guy spans, tangent spans, and its appurtenances.
4. Remove and dispose of existing messenger wires and OCS contactors.
5. Install Vehicle Tagging System (VTS) for train signal priority, including loops, conduit, pull boxes, ground rods, wire and cable, cabinets and bollards.
6. Streetlighting work, including conduit, pull boxes, ground rods, and wire.
7. Replace existing Traffic signal work, including poles, mast arms, signals, conduits, pull boxes, wire and cable, controllers and bollards.
8. Demolish existing concrete island including all barriers, fence, pole, trash, newspaper rack.
9. Construct new street base at demolished concrete island.
10. Plane and repave 19th Avenue and Rossmoor at project work limits.
11. Construct new curb ramps with ADA tactile.
12. Construct new sidewalk.
13. Install new fence in between tracks.
14. Install low profile speed bumps at trackway entrance near Rossmoor.
15. Construct new curb along eastside of Muni Right of Way.

Engineer's Estimate: $4,000,000
