Description | Thompson Builders Corporation, an Equal Opportunity Employer, as a "General Contractor" is requesting bids from ALL Subcontractors, Suppliers and Truckers, including LBE Subcontractors, Suppliers and Truckers for the project known as: AUXILIARY WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM PUMPING STATION NO.2 IMPROVEMENTS (2016) Contract #WD-2687) located at 3455 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA 94109. Bids are due no later than March 16, 2017, at 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Thompson Builders Corp is requesting bids by end of day March 15, 2017. Thompson Builders Corporation is signatory to both the Carpenters Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Laborers Collective Bargaining Agreement. Certification of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation are required. A Waiver of Subrogation will also be required with all Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractors’ faithful performance and payment bonds in the amount of the subcontract price may be required. Reasonable market rate bond premium will be reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation. TBC is willing to discuss breaking down bid items into economically feasible units for minority participation.
