The Project is generally described as: Contractor shall provide labor and materials for removal of existing windows and shades, and their replacement with new aluminum framed windows and roller shades for the entire school-4 buildings approximately 400 openings. Work also includes structural improvements to three buildings with below grade compaction grouting at two buildings. Other associated miscellaneous work involves metal fabrications, sheet metal, rough and finish carpentry, sealants, gypsum wallboard, painting, plaster, resilient flooring, electrical, and hazardous material abatement. This job is a phased project covering two years: summer 2017 and summer 2018.
