The objective of the Project is to selectively perform hazardous paint mitigation, remove, replace and upgrade the existing deficient and deteriorated facility doors and frames, various industrial grade Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and stainless steel metal single and double-leaf type pedestrian access door assemblies and door hardware accessories and appurtenances at the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant (OSP). The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,100,000

S.J. Amoroso is willing to break out certain portions of work into smaller increments in order to allow smaller companies a fair opportunity to bid this Project and are prepared to assist Subcontractors with bonding, credit, and insurance.

Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid and contractor networking conference to be held at 3500 Great Highway, Building 930, 2nd Floor OSP Conference Room, at 10 A.M. on Tuesday March 13, 2018.
