The Project is generally described as: Architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing upgrades including, but not limited to, the redesign and replacement of interior lighting throughout the campus, replacement of exterior lighting, domestic hot water upgrades in the main building, a motor replacement in the cafeteria, and installation of Carbon Monoxide sensors as required by DSA. The main and east wing electrical upgrades will include selective demolition of existing ceilings and installation of new ACT ceilings. Hazardous materials abatement is required for this project.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,200,000
