The Work is located along Folsom Street, from 2nd Street to Spear Street, in San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, curb ramp construction, sewer, water, AWSS, hazardous material removal, landscaping, green infrastructure, street lighting, traffic signal, traffic control and all associated work. The time allowed for completion is 650 consecutive calendar days.

Engineer's Estimate: $10,700,000

Bids are due no later than May 16, 2018, at 2:30PM.
