The Project is generally described as: Provision of equipment, devices, appliances, accessories, design, installation and testing of a complete new fire alarm system as defined in specifications by William Duff Architects dated 3/26/2018 and any such subsequent addendums and instructions. Submit permit documents to the Authority Having Jurisdictio (AHJ) and include all permit and plan review fees. The area of Work will be occupied during the construction phase. Provide unit pricing for each type of field device and appliance utilized in the fire alarm system. Include costs for installation, materials, programming and testing in the unit pricing. Remove existing fire alarm system upon completion and acceptance of the new fire alarm system.

Estimated Construction Value: $500,000.

BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2018, AT 2PM.
