General work description: Base bid work consists of removing and replacing sliding doors, concrete base and metal tracks, sectional doors, exterior lighting, fire extinguishers, metal siding (including fascia and trim), and removing existing gutters and man doors. Bid Additive No. 1 work consists of removing and replacing roofing. Bid Additive 2 work includes installing gutters along full length of hangar.

Bid Additive No. 1: $192,000
Bid Additive No. 2: $18,000
