The Work to be done under this Contract consists of installation of a filtration and chlorination system, pumps, piping, electrical and controls, including modifications to an existing fountain mechanical equipment vault, trenching and pipeline installation, and electrical power provision in UN Plaza between Market Street and McAllister Street in San Francisco, CA, all as shown on the Drawings and as specified in these Specifications.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,800,000

Vault; Electrical; Programmable Logic Controller; Demo Electrical; Testing & Startup of New Water Distribution; Trucking; Street Sweeping; Concrete walls for the following Project: UN PLAZA WATER STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION-REBID, Contract #1000007420(R), located at 355 Market St., San Francisco, CA 94102. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. Bids are due no later than July 25, 2018, at 2:30PM.
