The Project consists of: Construction of a new elementary school facility, including a parking lot, hardscaping and landscaping at the playfields area located to the south of the existing school campus; hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the existing school facility and construction of new playfields, a parking lot, hardscaping and landscaping at the location of the former school facility.
