The Project is generally described as: Two-Story Annex Building and One-Story Cafeteria Building

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING: Install Temporary Fire Alarm System. Abatement and demolition work in all areas of the building interiors as shown on the Drawings including finishes, building systems and infrastructure, fixtures and fittings, non-structural framing, furnishings and equipment. The integrity of the building envelope(s) as pertains to weather protection or intrusion / security from the existing conditions shall not be compromised.

ONE-STORY CLASSROOM BUILDING / BUNGALOWS: Completely remove all portions of the existing bungalow building, safe-off and cap utilities serving the building, remove paving and curbs as needed for removal of the building.

LIMITED SITE DEMOLITION: as indicated on the Drawings. Do not remove perimeter fencing securing the property interior or otherwise compromise the integrity of the perimeter security fencing. Do not execute any work in the public right of way unless expressly indicated on Drawings.

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION VALUE: $1,300,000
