The objective of the Project is to provide redundancy to the aging pipelines of San Francisco’s water distribution system. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes the installation of a new 8-inch and 12-inch earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe on 22nd Street from Oak Street to Hampshire.

San Francisco LBE Subcontracting Participation requirement is 20% (10.10% MBE; 2.50% WBE; 7.40% OBE) and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBE's can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBE's cannot be utilized.

Mitchell Engineering request Subcontractor/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the bid form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Curb/Gutter/Ramps-Detectable Surface Tiles; Pipe, Ductile Iron 4", 6", 8", 12", 16" 20" 24"; Gate Valves; Air Valve/Blow off Assembly; Meter boxes; Survey; SWPPP; and Trucking for the following Project: 8-INCH DIP AND 12-INCH ERDIP WATER MAIN INSTALLATION ON 22ND STREET FROM FAIR OAKS STREET TO HAMPSHIRE STREET (Contract #WD-2719) located in San Francisco, CA. Bids are due no later than February 7, 2019, at 2 PM.
