1. Remove and dispose of existing roofing.
2. Inspect wood deck for any damage. Remove and replace damaged material.
3. Install one layer of Rosin slip sheet or similar.
4. Install one layer of ½” asphalt coated Fiberboard.
5. Install one layer of Stress Base 80 in hot asphalt or similar.
6. Install one layer of Stressply Plus FR Mineral Cap in hot asphalt or similar.
7. Install two-ply modified on walls and base flashings.
8. Install new lead pipe jacks.
9. Install new Kynar coated metal edge or similar.
10. Intall new Kyner coated gutters or similar.
11. Install Pyramic at a rate of 3 gallons per square in a two-coat application or similar.
12. Leave ground free of all roof related items.

BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN February 27, 2019, at 10 AM. 100% payment and performance bonds may be requested for this Project. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Certified payroll will be required.
