The Project is generally described as: General School Modernization of existing three (3) level school building with construction of New Building Addition. Work includes, but not limited to: sitework including earthwork; demolition of existing classroom Bungalow; interim housing and associated temporary utilities; ADA Accessibility and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades; hazardous materials abatement; structural upgrades; TPO roofing; windows; interior and exterior painting, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, and ceramic tile; kitchen equipment; plumbing including new water supply system; HVAC systems and controls; electrical systems including lighting fixtures and controls; low-voltage systems including telephone, data, clock/bell/PA, fire alarm, and security; commissioning of MEP systems.

All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA.
