| Description | The Project is generally described as: Construction and installation of a new modular classroom building and associated site work for the new modular classroom building. The new modular building will include six classrooms, student and staff restrooms and associated utility rooms. Each of the classrooms will include cabinetry, sinks, marker boards, tack boards as well as floor, wall and ceiling finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing utilities. The associated site work will include hazardous material removal, electrical and plumbing site utilities, concrete paving, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for developing the final design, shop drawings and calculations for the new modular classroom building. The shop drawings and calculations will need to be submitted to DSA and receive DSA approval. The contractor shall manufacture the modular building off-site, deliver the structure to the campus and assemble to the building on the campus. Engineer's Estimate: $5,000,000 |

General Contractor bids are due to Owner on May 21, 2019, at 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO ARANA GROUP BY NOON ON TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2019. All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA. In order to submit a bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.
