The Participation Requirement is 25% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBE's can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering encourages Subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. Mitchell Engineering request Subcontractor/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the bid form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Work, Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk; Grading & Paving; Asphalt; Electrical; Trucking include Hazard Waste Disposal; Television Inspection; Piping, VCP, Culvert; Concrete Manhole; Lining; Striping; Pull Box Replacement; Catch Basin; and Cast Iron Water Trap for the following Project: VARIOUS LOCATIONS PAVEMENT RENOVATION NO. 36 AND SEWER REPLACEMENT (Contract #1000012288) located in San Francisco, CA.
