The Project is generally described as: Construction of a new 14,000 sq. ft. building that will include a media center, seven general education classrooms, a music classroom, offices, restrooms, and other support areas. Construction of the new classroom building includes soil modification, over excavation and re compaction, installation of site retaining walls, site utilities, paving, landscaping and irrigation. The scope of work for the Project will also include modernization of a new administration area, art classroom, and kitchen. Work within the existing building will also include replacement of the boilers, installation of new phone & data cabling along with other miscellaneous utility, site upgrades, miscellaneous demolition, and hazardous abatement.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA. Prevailing Wage is required.
