The Project will decommission the existing living quarters, move the emergency response crews into living quarters in a newly installed modular structure, construct an accessible path to the existing firehouse building, and replace and upgrade the Public Address (PA) speaker system and radio system within the existing firehouse building.

Q&D CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms for the Project known as: FIREHOUSE #2 IMPROVEMENTS AT SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Contract #11309.61) located at San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, CA 94128. Bids are due no later than Tuesday, December 19, 2019, at 2 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: BIDS ARE DUE TO Q&D CONSTRUCTION BY 3 PM ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2019.

Scope of Work to include, but not limited to: Earthwork, Excavation, Selective Demolition, Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Structural Steel, Flashing and Sheet Metal, Framing, Painting, Lockers, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
