The Project is generally described as a two-phase / two-year project: To repair and restore exterior walls of school buildings in order to mitigate water intrusion into the interiors that involves exterior concrete wall and cement plaster wall restoration, miscellaneous metal fabrications, metal stud wall framing, pedestrian traffic coatings, wood trims, steel windows, gypsum board, painting, sealants, signage, elastomeric coatings, thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roofing, and aluminum flashings. Some hazardous materials abatement is also involved.

Project has two bid alternates:
First bid alternate involves recoating existing third floor outdoor deck.
Second bid alternate involves replacement of existing sloped roofs at south stair tower and entry porch with new asphalt fiberglass shingles, aluminum gutters, downspouts and flashings.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,800,000.00

STRONGER BUILDING SERVICES is requesting sub bids from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE firms for, but not limited to, Roofing; Painting; and Cement Plastering for the following project: ROSA PARKS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING EXTERIOR FACADE RESTORATION AND ROOFING REPLACEMENT (Project #12002) located at 1501 O'Farrell St., San Francisco, CA 94115. BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JANUARY 30, 2020, at 2 PM.
