The Project is generally described as, furnishing and installing new concrete and asphalt paving, trench drains, exterior metal fence panels, steel fence posts and concrete footings, steel gates, gate hardware, and miscellaneous site furnishings. Selective demolition includes removal of existing wrought iron exterior fence and gates, fence post foundations, fence concrete curbs, masonry fence piers, concrete and asphalt paving, and site benches. Work also includes hazardous materials abatement.

BIDS ARE DUE ON TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 2020, AT 2 PM.

All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Labor Compliance Program (LCP). Prevailing Wages in effect on this Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the LCP. In addition, all Certified Payrolls (CPR) must be reported through Elation System and DIR website.
