The Project is generally described as: Modernization of building systems including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, telecommunications, alarm, security, seismic improvements including shear walls and FRP straps, new exterior windows and existing exterior finish repair, reroofing of the entire campus, interior construction and finishes (flooring, ceiling, painting), and improvements at existing bathrooms throughout, and a new front entry stair and ramp. Complete remodeling of the kitchen area, and relocation of the administration offices. Site work improvements ramp modifications, re-routing of existing utilities, planters, temporary electrical service, hazardous material abatement and installation and removal of interim housing units.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.

Estimated Construction Value: $25,500,000
