| Description | HENSEL PHELPS CONSTRUCTION CO., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting quotations from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: NORMAN Y. MINETA SAN JOSE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ECONOMY LOT PARKING GARAGE - BID PACKAGE 3: Items of work include, but are not limited to: Painting; Joint Sealants; Signage; Striping; Roofing; Landscaping; and Perforated Metal Panels. Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be made available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of April 27, 2020. Contact Jennea Lutz at (408) 452-1800 to be added to Building Connected for the Project. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $50,000. Workers' Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required from all Subcontractors. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 2 PM ON THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2020.
