Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. This also includes requests for Non-LBE sub/material quotes from qualified subcontractors, trucking firms and material suppliers. Pursuant to Section 14B.9 of the Administrative Code, Bidders are hereby advised that the availability of Minority Business Enterprises ("MBEs"), Woman Business Enterprises ("WBEs") and Other Business Enterprises ("OBEs") to perform subcontract work on this project is as follows 4.70% MBE; 1.40% WBE; 3.90% OBE. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Work; Sidewalks/Gutters/Curb Ramps; Grading & Paving; Electrical; Trucking; Cathodic Protection & Mechanical; Joint Bonding; Cathodic Protection & Mech. Joint Bonding; Tree Removal; and Piping and Mechanical for the following Project: AUXILIARY WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM CLARENDON SUPPLY 2019 (Contract #WD-2861) located in San Francisco, CA.
