| Description | Mitchell Engineering, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED SAN FRANCISCO LBE. Subcontracting Participation Requirement for this Contract is 6%. Small & Micro-LBE's and SFPUC-LBE's cannot be utilized. In order for the Bidder to be exempt from meeting the "Good Faith Outreach", the total amount of LBE participation must equal or exceed 8.10%. Per 14B.9 of the Administrative Code, Bidders are advised the following subcontract work on the Project to be performed is 2.40% MBE; 0.80% WBE; 2.80% OBE. Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Television Inspection & Existing Sewers; Temporary Retroreflective Pavement Markings; Grinding and Paving; AWSS Work Materials; Concrete Manholes-for brick sewer; 12" Diameter VCP Sewer; Survey; SWPPP & COVID - 19 Infectious Disease Plan; Trucking; Concrete Curb/Gutter/Ramps; Street Light poles and Traffic Signal; Misc. Electrical Work; and Brick Sewer with Cured in place liner for the following Project: MISSION STREET, 16TH STREET TO CESAR CHAVEZ, BRICK SEWER REHABILITATION (Contract #WW-703) located in San Francisco, CA. Bids are due no later than June 25, 2020, at 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting bids by NOON ON THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2020 in order for bids to be considered.
