Scope B.) Under Cabinet Lighting @ Circle of Independent Learning (COIL)

The Work shall include all design work, labor, material, tools, equipment, testing, inspection, commissioning, M&V, and all necessary general conditions, that may be reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents to provide all Construction Work to: Install interior lighting at the two (2) District sites with lower wattage, high efficiency LED lighting systems, while maintaining high light quality and acceptable light levels. Measures may include, but are not limited to, lamp and driver replacement; fixture replacement; and occupancy, daylighting and other control strategies.

Project Estimate: $80,000 (Brookvale ES: $75,000 & Coil: $5,000)

NBC CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING, INC. is requesting Proposals on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms for the Project known as: INTERIOR LIGHTING UPGRADE AT BROOKVALE ES & UNDER CABINET LIGHTING AT COIL (Bid #341-07-02-20) located at 3400 Nicolet Ave & 4700 Calaveras Ave, Fremont, CA. BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JULY 2, 2020, AT 2 PM.

All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Labor Compliance Program (LCP). Prevailing Wages in effect on this Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the LCP. In addition, all Certified Payrolls (CPR) must be reported through Elation System and DIR website.
