The goal is 16 percent, MBE goal is 5 percent, and WBE goat is 4 percent. Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. We encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE SBE/DBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Surveying; Grading & Paving; Concrete; Trucking; Covid & SWPPP Plans; Post-construction pipeline TV DVDs and logs; Removal of Floating Dock; and Pipe & fittings for the following Project: 900 INNES REMEDIATION (Contract #1000016646) located at 900 Innes Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124.
