The Project consists of the replacement of two 100,000-gallon redwood water tanks with two 150,000-gallon steel water tanks in addition to water main, storm drain, retaining wall construction; general site improvements.

Engineer's Estimate: $3,897,157

Subcontracting participation for Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. We encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other DBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete; Steel Tanks; Redwood Tanks; Trucking; Piles; DIP - Gate Valves; Manholes; Valley Gutter - Tanks; Storm Water Pollution Control Plan; Chain Link Fence/ Gate for the following Project: CASTLEWOOD SERVICE AREA ZONE 2 WATER TANKS REPLACEMENT (Specification #R2325) located at 707 Country Club Circle, Pleasanton, CA. Bids are due no later than September 1, 2020, at 2 PM.
