San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. This also includes requests for Non-LBE sub/material quotes from qualified subcontractors, trucking firms and material suppliers. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Work; Sidewalks/Gutters/Curb Ramps; Grading & Paving; Electrical; Trucking; Pull Boxes; Manholes; Valve Boxes; Landscaping; PVC Piping Materials for the following Project: TREAT PLAZA IMPROVEMENTS (Contract #1000016597) located at 16th Street at Treat Street, San Francisco, CA. Bids are due no later than September 23, 2020, at 2:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting bids by NOON ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 in order for bids to be considered.
