LBE Participation Requirement is 23%. Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are also requested to forward bids. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Woman Business Enterprises (WBE) and Other Business Enterprises (OBE) to perform subcontract work on this Project is as follows:11.6% MBE; 3.4% WBE; 8.0% OBE. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. We also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/material suppliers to submit bids.
