Exterior renovation of the Campus West Entry Pathway, Cedro Plaza and Library Plaza. Work includes demo, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, and landscaping. Scope includes removal of existing water fountains and nonstructural walls, and replacement of concrete pavement and outdoor lighting. Construction of 3 fabric shade structures. The project is about 30,000 sf. Contractor must coordinate its work with a scheduled power shutdown, as well as ongoing day-to-day operations of an active school site.
