The Project is generally described as: General School Modernization and reconstruction including ADA Accessibility and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades; sitework; Interim Housing, structural upgrades; aluminum storefronts, windows, curtain wall, and sunshades (Alternate); new doors and hardware; new finishes including interior and exterior painting, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry; school kitchen, Cafeteria, and CTE kitchen classroom (Alternate); new Administration area and main entry, plumbing, HVAC systems and controls, electrical systems including lighting fixtures and controls; low-voltage systems including telephone, data, clock/bell/PA, fire alarm, and security; commissioning of MEP systems.
