This Work will be performed at the Southeast Treatment Plant. The Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP) aims to replace the existing digester facilities with new, expanded, reliable, modernized and relocated facilities, as well as improve energy recovery and maximize control of odors.

Monterey Mechanical/MWH Constructors JV, as a prequalified Trade Subcontractor for Process Mechanical Work, is bidding the project known as: RFQ FOR BIOSOLIDS DIGESTER FACILITIES - SOUTHWEST TREATMENT PLANT T-40.03 PROCESS MECHANICAL PACKAGE 1 (Contract #WD-647R) located in San Francisco, CA. Second-Tier Sub Bids or material quotes from CMD Certified LBE’s S.F. Small, & Micro-LBEs, SFPUC LBEs, CMD certified SBA-LBEs, certified DBEs and Others for the following types of work are needed.

LBE/DBE work categories for Biosolids: Pipe materials; Process pipe installation; Pipe insulation; Concrete scanning; Grouting; Scaffolding; Janitorial; HVAC; Office trailer mobilization.
