| Description | The existing station is a one-story structure located on a 0.43 acre site. The building shares the site with a small pocket park directly east of the building footprint. The building is constructed of wood framed walls and roof, plaster exterior walls, and a single-ply roof assembly that slopes to exterior gutters and downspouts. There is a high roof over the apparatus bays and a low roof over the day room, kitchen, and sleeping quarters. The proposed project includes both a building addition and interior remodel to facilitate new Mens and Womens multi-accommodation restrooms, new sleeping quarters, and an enlarged kitchen/dining area. There is no remodel work proposed for the existing day room or apparatus bays. Other than necessary preparations to facilitate the proposed building addition, no exterior site improvements are proposed. Engineer's Estimate: $400,000 |

General Contractor bids are due to Owner no later than Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 10 AM ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2021. Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
