a. Site Parking Improvement
b. Various Doors and Hardware Improvements
c. Accessible path of travel improvement including restrooms
d. Roof replacement
e. Security improvement
f. Various finish replacement

JUV, INC., as a General Contractor, requests Sub-Bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: CORVALLIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MODERNIZATION (Project #20-18) located at 14790 Corvallis St., San Leandro, CA 94579. General Contractor bids are due to Owner no later than Wednesday, March 17, 2021, before 1:30 PM.
