The Project consists of, but not limited to, alterations to Buildings 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 1000:

- Site improvements to the existing path of travel
- Remove and replace ( E ) signage for access
- Remove and replace ( E ) doors and hardware for access
- Alterations to the existing restrooms for access
- Remove and replace ( E ) drinking foundations for access

PINGUELO CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a General Contractor, requests quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: HESPERIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MODERNIZATION (Project #20-19) located at 620 Drew St., San Lorenzo, CA 94580. BIDS ARE DUE ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2021, BEFORE 11:00 AM.

Trades Needed Include: Abatement, Electrical, Excavation/Landscape, Fire Alarm, Drywall, Painting, Framing, Door Hardware, Fencing, Concrete, Mechanical, Flooring, Plumbing, Striping, Signage, Traffic Control, Rebar.
