The Port of San Francisco (the “Port”) announces an Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for construction on CRANE COVE PARK BUILDING 49 RE-BID in San Francisco, CA. The Work will consist of a partial building renovation and retrofit for new public restrooms to Building 49 located in Crane Cove Park on Illinois Street, southeast of the 18th Street T-intersection.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,090,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: Crane Cove Park - Building 49 (REBID), Contract #2814R, located on Illinois St., San Francisco, CA 94107. General Contractor bids are due to Owner no later than Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at 10:30 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 6:30 AM ON TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2021.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
