| Description | Provide a complete system emergency generator for the District Office. The work shall include, but not limited to, all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the design and construction of the Project as set forth in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. This shall include, but is not limited to, management, supervision, design services, surveying, verifying field conditions, construction, labor, materials, equipment, furnishings, tools, construction equipment and machinery, utilities, transportation, inspections, testing, QA/QC, all required permits, concrete pads, structures, trenching, fuel tanks, electrical connections, testing of the installed system, concrete masonry unit enclosure (Add Alternate #1: Wood Wall Enclosure), and all other services as required complete the work. Work performed on the main floor of the building will need to be conducted on the weekend. Power shut offs required to perform the work are to occur on the weekend and must be pre-arranged with District staff prior to execution. Engineer's Estimate: $200,000 |

BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2021, BEFORE 2 PM. All Bidders are hereby notified that provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California regarding prevailing wages shall be applicable to the work performed under this Contract. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1773, the general prevailing wage rates have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations and appear in the California and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, which can be found at: https://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm. Future effective wage rates which have been predetermined and are on file with the CA DIR are referenced but not printed in such publication.
