Major components of Project Work consist of:
- Replace two built-up rooftop HVAC systems with two new packaged HVAC units. Existing HVAC controls to be fitted to the new units and reconnected to the existing building management system.
- Replace two electrical distribution switchboards on the roof and provide new conduit/wire to the new HVAC units, new receptacles and some existing equipment.
- Provide new structural lightweight concrete beams for the new roof equipment above the roof deck and reinforce existing steel members below deck.
- Replace roofing as required for the new HVAC equipment (approximately 85% of the roof will remain as is).

Engineer's Estimate: $2,643,000
