Contractor shall provide adequate manpower to start and finish the roofs for Soquel High School.
Low Slope Re-Roof (Base Bid)
01. Remove existing roofing down to the structural deck and properly dispose of.
02. Replace any damaged wood, or dry rot ‘like in kind’.
03. Demo vents, hoods, gutters, pipe jacks, downspouts, etc, and replace.
04. Raise all curbs and penetrations 8” above finished roofing surface. Contactor is responsible for electrical connections.
05. Tack nail HPR Glasbase to wood deck on roof sections.
06. Mechanically fasten new 0.5” Dens Deck Prime cover board per wind uplift calculations.
07. Install Stressbase 120 in Green Lock Membrane adhesive at 2.5 gal/sq,
08. Install KEE Stone FB 60 mil with 12” ribbons O.C. to roof field. Use 200 lbs minimum weighted roller.
09. Install Stressbase 80 in GreenLock Flashing Adhesive at 5 gal/sq,
10. Install KEE Stone 60 mil FB flashings in KEE Foam with 3” ribbons at all flashings, Use hand roller to adhere.
11. Install new metal coping, gutters, trim, drains, down spouts, etc. from flat stock.
12. Install new Dura Block conduit sleepers with protective KEE roof pad throughout.

Perimeter Wood Joist and Lattice Removal: Alternate #1
01. Remove and properly dispose of all wood lattice attached to the joist beams.
02. Cut back existing joist beams so they are flush with the roof edge.
03. Prime, and paint freshly cut joist beam areas.
04. Install external gutter to a depth that covers the joist.

Engineer's Estimate: $1,200,000

Bids are due on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM.

This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. All contractors must be registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. 100% payment and performance bonds may be requested for this Project. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Certified payroll will be required.
