The objective of the Project is to upgrade the College Hill Reservoir and College Hill Pipeline System by constructing a new outlet pipe, new outlet structure, new isolation valves and new pipelines. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

Engineer's Estimate: $12,500,000 to $13,500,000

Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/material suppliers to submit bids.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Structural Steel; Landscaping, Hydroseeding, Tree work; DIP Pipe and Fittings Material; Soil Testing; Gate Valves; HVAC; Valve Box Material; Electrical; Roofing & Coating; Sheet Metal; Concrete Curb/Gutter/Ramps; Trucking; Rebar; Cathodic Protection Work; Asphalt work; Miscellaneous Metals for the following Project: COLLEGE HILL RESERVOIR OUTLET STRUCTURE AND PIPELINE (Contract #WD-2717) located in San Francisco, CA. Bids are due no later than April 22, 2021, at 2:00 PM.
