The Project. The Project is generally described as: window replacement project, with work that includes, but is not limited, to the following:
A. Demolition and hazardous materials abatement of existing windows in the Auto Shop and Auto Shop Classroom,
B. Removal of existing window shades,
C. Installation of new aluminum windows and window hardware,
D. Installation of intermediate steel structural posts at new windows,
E. Patch and repair of existing terra cotta window sills,
F. Installation of new window shades,
G. All associated architectural, structural, and miscellaneous related work,
H. Hazardous material abatement related to the project.

Estimated Construction Value: $200,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL, EXPANSION OF AUTO SHOP PROGRAM WINDOW REPLACEMENT (Project #11857) located at 600 32nd Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94121. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 1:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 9:00 AM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 22, 2021.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
