Description

The objective of the Project is to create a 3,100 sq. ft. tenant improvement in an existing warehouse. The site is located in the SFPUC City Distribution Division’s corporation yard at 1990 Newcomb Avenue in San Francisco, CA. The existing office space will be modified. Work includes partitions, cabinetry, restrooms, new flooring, new ceilings, new mechanical, plumbing modifications, new electrical, hazardous material remediation, fire suppression systems, and exterior ADA parking, ramp, and railing.

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project known as: WAREHOUSE OFFICE SUITE RENOVATION, 1990 NEWCOMB AVENUE (Project #WD-2880) located at 1990 Newcomb Ave, San Francisco 94124. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 10:00 AM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 22, 2021.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
