The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Removal of existing built-up roofing system and its replacement with single-ply TPO membrane roofing of two office buildings. The work involves the following:
a. Removal of existing built-up roofing membranes.
b. Provision of new single-ply TPO roofing membrane with insulation and coverboard.
c. Provision of new sheet metal flashings and trims, roof drains.
d. Exterior painting of penthouse louvers.
e. Application of pedestrian deck coating and elastomeric wall coating.
f. Increasing curb heights of roof-mounted mechanical equipment to suit new roof system.
g. Disconnecting mechanical and electrical equipment on the roof and restoring their functionality as a result of roof demolition and new roof work.
h. Abatement of hazardous materials where noted.
