The Work is located at Balboa Pool, 51 Havelock St, San Francisco, CA 94112 near the intersection of Havelock and San Jose Ave. The Work is building and pool systems renovation and seismic retrofit, including, but not limited to, new mechanical and electrical systems; new pool circulation systems; new locker rooms and showers; hazardous materials abatement and demolition; ADA upgrades; and all related utility work.

Engineer's Estimate is $5,500,000.

Thompson Builders Corp, an Equal Opportunity Employer, as a "General Contractor" is requesting quotations on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, Truckers, and certified LBE firms for the project known as: BALBOA PARK POOL RENOVATION (Contract #3208V) located at 51 Havelock St., San Francisco, CA 94112. Bids are due no later than January 6, 2016, at 2:30 PM.
