The Project work is generally described as: construction of a one-story wood framed building for men’s and women’s locker rooms; renovations to provide for a new break room and a gender-neutral locker room; site improvements; and alternatives for a new (1) break room, (2) training room and (3) renovations for a SCADA control room.

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: CONSOLIDATED OPERATIONS BUILDING (ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT), Job No. 45-218.07, located at 2655 Grant Ave, San Lorenzo, CA 94580. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 2:00 PM.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
